The reasons for choice organic cultivation ?

The land chosen by J. Bousquet for the plantation of his vineyard require three critical characteristics: VIRGIN LAND AND PURE AIR. SANDY GROUP THAT WILL not retain humidity at the time of harvest.
ALTITUD OF 1.000 to 1.200 meters above the sea level
in order to night time (to prevent the presence of fungus and increase tannin).

Once these requirements are
met, it is important to be able
to mainntain this excellent and unique equilibrium to produce organic wine. This is achieved
by working the vine stocks manually and without using
any chemical fertilizers (when requiered guano is added).

The only treatment applied to the ground is bassed on copper and sulphur, wich are natural additives easily digested by the human body. The result is grapes of a perfect quality and completely organic.
The wines resulting from the fermentation of these fruits
(almost wild) is a pure wine that contains no chemical products. In addition, the tannin and the aroma are more concentrated.
One needs to taste these wines in order to experience the true meaning of this description and the high quality these wines.
